A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sales Representative Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 6 months to possible extension Location: Cedar Rapids, IA, 52411 Hybrid As a Sales Representative, you will:Provide timely responses to customer request for quote via email, phone, or inventory listing portals. Liaise with peers and leadership to understand market pricing dynamics to capture sales Achieve sales and capture rate targets as set by management Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms Interacts with the customer prior to and after the sale to develop and maintain positive partner relationships. Identify brokering opportunities to enhance customer relationships & maximize sales output. The ideal candidate will have:Previous sales/customer service experience Ability to work independently with little instruction and are intrinsically motivated.
