The Business Lending Sales Rep 3 will support the territory managers and their customers who are agricultural equipment dealers and manufacturers. They will be responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls with the objective of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. ?Generates new business from existing or new client relationships, implementing advanced sales techniques. ?Adapts campaigns to implement strategies/methods to increase efficiency and unit results. ?Provides technical guidance on documentation concerns. ?Ensures that various segments of the market receive adequate support/coverage to encourage continued flow business. ?Mentors sales representatives on effective communication to clients regarding credit decisions, policies, and troubleshooting with the goal of building relationships. ?Executes various manufacturer programs and marketing campaigns. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit?s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.? Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: account management, sales, or marketing Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Other Desired Qualifications ?Ability to build strong customer relationships ?Sales experience ?Equipment Finance experience a plus ?Knowledge of Agricultural industry?
