Location: Iowa City, IAShift: 1st ShiftWork model: RemoteSchedule: PARTTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.Job overview:Schneider is seeking a temporary Inside Sales Assistant enrolled at the University of Iowa to assist the Inside Sales Team within Schneider's Transportation Management (STM) division. The Inside Sales Assistant will create and track freight, set appointments and develop relationships with customers.Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply Schneider's sales process.
• Prospect for new customers.
• Create and track orders.
• Negotiate rates with carriers.
• Communicate with customers on the status of loads. Opportunities:

    • Currently enrolled at University of Iowa.
    • Working toward a bachelor's degree.
