Job Description:
As a Brand Activation Manager at Advantage Solutions, you will
play a pivotal role in implementing innovative marketing solutions
across multiple platforms to enhance brand reach and consumer
engagement. Leveraging our extensive network and data-driven
insights, you will coordinate effective brand campaigns that
resonate with target markets and drive sales objectives. You will
collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver
compelling brand experiences that align with our strategic vision
and operational requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive
brand activation campaigns that meet business objectives and
project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to create
synergistic brand experiences. Manage the production of promotional
materials and ensure their strategic alignment with brand messaging
and goals. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to
continuously refine and optimize campaign strategy. Oversee
budgeting, reporting, and allocation of resources towards campaign
initiatives effectively. Use data-driven analytics to assess
campaign performance and provide detailed reports to senior
management. Proven ability to develop strategic brand activation
campaigns and manage large-scale projects. Strong analytical skills
for effective decision-making and campaign adjustments based on
performance metrics. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal
skills to work efficiently with diverse teams and stakeholders.
High proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms necessary
for modern marketing strategies. Certification in Digital Marketing
(e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus.
