Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

• 15+ years of experience in Appian.
  
• Hands-on experience in Appian application design for scalable solutions.
  
• Hands-on experience in Appian deployment architecture to ensure availability and performance SLA.
  
• Interact and communicate effectively with the client's technical SPOC.
  
• Analyze and estimate efforts for change requests, if any.
  
• Translate business requirements into system qualities and design strategies that enable qualities such as adaptability, scalability, availability, and reusability.
  
• Define IT design methodology, development process methodology, and best practices.
  
• Assist the client and HCL development team in resolving technical hurdles within scope.
  
• Validate HCL's understanding of requirements through interactions with the client team.
  
• Work on third-party integrations, Web API, and provide architectural guidelines on XML and REST protocols.
  
• Prepare solution architecture and data modeling.
  
• Provide best practices and design patterns for building business process solutions, leveraging RPA automation.
  
• Conduct peer reviews, testing, and documentation of solutions.
  
• Engage in technical discussions with the team to ensure timely delivery of applications.
  
• Provide templates and checklists to support application architecture.
  
• Take ownership of technical delivery and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
