---1 Yr of recent MRI Tech Experience ( REQUIRED )---Active ARRT MRI/CT Tech License ( REQUIRED )---American Heart Association issued BLS ( REQUIRED )---MMR & Varicella Immunization Records/Titers---Within 10 Yrs TDAP---Within 7 Yrs HEP B---COVID Vaccination Card ( REQUIRED )---Within a year Physicals and PPD Benefits:
