• Paid HolidaysJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Superintendent in the Construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing commercial construction projects, multifamily projects, and commercial ground up projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
  • Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on job sites
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being performed to the required standards
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
  • Ensure that all work is in compliance with local building codes and regulationsQualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, multifamily, and commercial ground up projects
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
    • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
