Engineer to our Leveraged Furniture
Operations (LFO) team in Muscatine, IA!
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a
variety of engineering activities centered on quality controls in
our processes, equipment, and product output. You will
investigate, analyze, and implement solutions to positively impact
manufacturing operations across the organization.
As a preferred candidate for this role, you will have at least 2
years of experience from within a manufacturing or production
environment, with a focus on Quality Control or Operations.
You will have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and
equipment with a proficient understanding of lean processes and
concepts, rapid continuous improvement, and strong aptitude for
data analysis, waste reduction, warranty costs, and PPM (parts per
million). In addition, strong communication and presentation
skills are critical for productive member and customer

- Lead quality improvements in manufacturing operations
- Investigate and provide solutions to productivity, quality, and

What it takes:
- Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in engineering or industrial
technology. Business degrees will be considered.
