OVERVIEW GLOBAL RECRUITMENT MARKETING DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
MARKETING PROCESS AND CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE The MCI Global Talent
Acquisition team is looking for a seasoned marketing and
recruitment process leader to join our team. This is an experience
role requiring five plus years of experience in recruitment
marketing, HR analytics, and recruiting technology and integration.
This team creates successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and
systems to generate applications and deliver short-term results
while optimizing performance over time to align with organization
requirements. This role is responsible for the development and
execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple
markets, including profiling target candidates and identifying
appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel
demand and effectively and efficiently attract non-exempt and
exempt candidates. This is a full-time, highly visible position
reporting directly to Chief Human Resources Officer and may require
some travel and flexible hours as business needs demand. This
position is work-at-home during COVID-19 but may require some
on-site training. --------------POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT DOES
SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE DO? As a recruitment marketing leader, you
will act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and
tools used for information retrieval, data extraction,
web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation,
and customer relationship management. You will partner with
leaders, clients, customers, and business partners to drive
strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. To
be successful in this role, you will need to both see the big
picture and be able to execute rapidly. The Recruitment Marketing
Manager will partner cross-functionally offer sourcing guidance
around:

a professional office environment. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be
required to sit/stand for long periods whle using a computer and
telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to
operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone,
copier, and printer. The employee may-- occasionally be required to
move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction;
raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto
objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.--
