Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join
their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personnel transactions, onboarding, offboarding, and
employee records
Process payroll for a multi-state organization and support
recruitment efforts
Assist in developing company policies and ensure compliance with
labor laws
Required Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience in human resource management or 2 years
with a Bachelor's degree
Ability to handle moderately complex issues independently
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management
systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing
priorities
