Engage customers and work with the managerial team to appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction. Our entry-level Customer Service Representatives are repsonsible for the following tasks:Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issuesUtilize systems and technology to complete account management tasksRecognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgradeExplain and position the products and processes with customersAppropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teamEnsure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT?
