Job Description Neurologist – Full-Time | Quad Cities, IA
Location: Davenport, Iowa Visa Support: H1B cap-exempt eligible
Blended Inpatient & Outpatient Practice | $100K Sign-On Bonus
Position Overview A leading regional health system in the Quad
Cities is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist
to join a collaborative team at a Joint Commission-certified
Primary Stroke Center. This is a full-time, hospital-employed
opportunity offering a blended model of inpatient and outpatient
care, supported by advanced diagnostic tools, modern facilities,
and an experienced care team. Responsibilities - Diagnose and
manage a wide range of neurological conditions: stroke, epilepsy,
MS, movement disorders, headaches, and more - Work in a mixed
inpatient/outpatient setting - Participate in a shared call
rotation (1:5) - Collaborate closely with hospitalists, PCPs, and
subspecialists - Join a team of 4 neurologists, 5 NPs, and a
neuropsychologist - Contribute to ongoing program development and
quality care initiatives Compensation & Benefits - $100,000
sign-on/commencement bonus - Competitive base salary

Candidate Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Neurology (must become BC within 1 year of employment) - Active
Iowa medical license or eligibility to obtain - Willingness to work
in a mixed inpatient/outpatient model - Comfortable with shared
