Job Description Urology opening in IowaLocated in Waterloo, IAFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice. - $590K guarantee for 3 years Production Incentive - Income potential $650K on production - Monthly Fellowship Stipend - $15,000 relocation - $30K starting bonus - Longevity Bonus: $30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3 - 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR - Fully staffed urology clinic with own RN - Urology clinic has 3 procedure rooms (each fully equipped with Cystoscope/Olympus video), 12 exam rooms, on-site lab, Ultrasound, and GE Ultrasound (with Biopsy Probe and Transducer) - State of the art da Vinci XI with integrated table motion seeking provider to lead our urology robotic surgery - Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo campus, which is located just 5 minutes away from the office More info: - Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa-physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners - Three-year salary guarantee moving to production-based compensation - Starting bonus - Relocation allowance - Comprehensive benefit package including paid malpractice and tail coverage - Regional health system covering eight counties as well as more than 20 primary care locations throughout northeast Iowa serving approximately 280,000 residents Location:The Waterloo/Cedar Falls area provides a family-friendly atmosphere with a variety of attractions, recreational and cultural entertainment.
