Job Title: Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years Case Management experience License: Valid State License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: At least 1 travel contract completed Description: This position offers same day interviews. Please prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a (405) area code. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. This is a home health/home care position. Profile should include work history/resume and skills checklist completed within the last year. One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. Proof of taxable address is necessary to verify bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy. Documents acceptable for this include a driver's license, utility bill, lease/rental agreement, mortgage statement, homeowner’s or renter’s insurance statement, voter registration, bank statement, or auto insurance. Certification requirements include a state license in Iowa.
