Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Dialysis - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift Notes: Days: 8a - 8p, Monday - Friday; scheduling days vary, 36 hrs/week, holiday rotation Orientation Dates: 4/13 - At least 12 months of Dialysis experience [required] - NO 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months [required] - EPIC electronic medical systems experience [required] - Equipment experience with: Fresenius [required] - Experience & proficiency with blood transfusions [required] - Experience & proficiency with heparin [required] PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: - Work history/resume/employment history must have 12 months of current Dialysis experience [required] - Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (dialysis) – [required] - Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document] - Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] - Driver’s License [document] [required] - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required] Certification Requirements - BLS State License Requirements - Iowa Compact Allowed About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
