Two-State Coverage $100K Sign-On Bonus | Hospital-Employed Position
Overview Join a well-established, NAPBC- and NQMBC-accredited
cancer care team with 4 Oncologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners. This
full-time position spans two clinic locations and includes
inpatient consults at Genesis Medical Center – Davenport. Enjoy the
autonomy of private practice with the stability and support of a
hospital-employed setting. Practice Highlights - Full-service
cancer care: radiation oncology, infusion, genetics, clinical
trials - Dedicated hospitalist team for inpatient support -
Collaborative, physician-led group with flexible scheduling -
Shared call rotation for improved work-life balance - EMR: Cerner
Schedule & Locations - Outpatient Clinics: Davenport, IA & Silvis,
IL - Inpatient Consults: Genesis Medical Center – Davenport -
Shared Call Coverage (well-distributed) Compensation & Benefits -
Two-year base salary guarantee wRVU production model - $100,000
Sign-On Bonus - Loan Assistance – Negotiable - Relocation: Up to
$10,000 - PTO: 4 weeks 6 paid holidays - CME: 1 week allowance -

Malpractice coverage provided - Retirement: 403(b) with match,

Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology & Medical Oncology - Must
obtain BC within 1 year if BE - Active IA & IL medical licenses (or
willing to obtain) - DEA & CSR/CDS (or ability to obtain prior to
