Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3
years. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of
months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Iowa license or
compact license (required for submission). • This role may require
floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not
allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be
submitted. • 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
University of Iowa Hospitals (Direct) Program - Main and no current
placement allowed at Program: University of Iowa Hospitals (Direct)
Program - Main. Pre-employment modules may be required for this

Details: UIHC determines their rates quarterly for all agencies and
they are non-negotiable. Please check with your Advocate to confirm
whether this position will undergo a rate change during the dates
of this assignment. 5T – Telemetry Shift & Scheduling: Weekend
rotation, rotating holidays. Start date: 11/10, 12/8 Required
Credentials: Must pass EKG exam 1 Reference must be from the most
recent place of employment. 7 days maximum time off 2 references
from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) -
required for submission Proof of identification required
Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) • NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) Skills
