Therapist who excels in this role: - Conducts physical therapy
assessments and develops treatment plans. - Provides direct patient
care to restore strength, mobility, and function. - Educates
patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. - Documents
treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. - Collaborates
with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. - Performs

Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. -
Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred. -
License: Current PT license. - Certifications: CPR certification
