Job Description:

Schedule: 8:30a-4p Clinic (Call = TBD). Call may not be needed often. Dates of Coverage: 1-2 weeks a month as soon as possible, full-clinic coverage and some night and week Percentage of the practice: All Adult/Geriatric Trauma Level/Designation: Level III Average of Office/Clinic Patients per day: 25 with 4-5 new consults per day Average Number of Patients Per Day: 25 Will Other Urologists be present during locums assignment - No How many Urologists in your group: none but recruiting for 3 Lab Onsite: Yes Office Ancillary Staff: 6 RN's, referral clerk, clinic supervisor, on-site lab and ultrasound technician Office Equipment: Blue Light Olympus Videoscope technology. We do not perform Urolift, Space OAR or MRI fusion in the clinic but there are opportunities out there for it. No prostate biopsies. Documentation System/EMR: EPIC in clinic; CENER in hospital Reason for Covering: Help while recruiting FT physicians Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days due to emergent need Facility Reimbursement of the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard
