Job Description:

experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our vibrant team. This

the Pharmacy Manager will play a crucial role in our mission to
provide accessible healthcare. Manage and oversee the operation of
the pharmacy within the store, ensuring compliance with regulatory
bodies. Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a supportive
and efficient work environment. Implement health and safety
protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and
customers. Coordinate with other health services teams to provide
integrated care. Manage the inventory of pharmaceutical and
non-pharmaceutical supplies. Lead the pharmacy team in delivering
excellent customer service, including handling customer queries and
issues related to prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for prescriptions and pharmacy
transactions to meet legal and company standards. Strong leadership
and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter
medications Proficiency in pharmacy information systems Ability to
manage and direct a team of pharmacy staff Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active and good
standing Pharmacist license Certification in Immunization Delivery
Any relevant state-specific certifications may be required
