Job Description Rheumatology Physician Southeast Iowa Position

(Monday–Sunday, planned annually). - Support & Networking:
Established practice with long-tenured rheumatologists and APP
support. - Partnership Opportunities: Eligible for partnership
within 18-24 months, unlocking additional revenue streams.
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Compensation: $330,000 base
salary with potential for increases. - Generous Bonus Opportunity:
Additional earnings from infusion, labs, and ancillary revenue
after partnership. - Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 upfront, plus an
additional $30,000 upon partnership eligibility. - Comprehensive

Qualifications: - Degree: MD/DO in Rheumatology. - Certifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology. - Licensure:
