Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/21/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel - 24 months of operating room experience in a hospital or medical center setting [required] - experience & proficiency in ortho/orthopedics, neuro/neurology, general, GYN/Gynecology, urology, breast, plastics [required] - experience & proficiency in operating DaVinci robotics in above cases [required] - EPIC charting experience preferred (will train if needed) [preferred] - scrub experience [preferred] - NO 1st time travelers must have 3 months minimum of current travel experience within the previous 18 months [required] - Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] - Driver’s License [document] [required] - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS – [required] - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required] Certification Requirements - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA) State License Requirements - Iowa Compact Allowed About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
