Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in a progressive
care setting. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care for assigned patients. Strong communication skills are
essential for interacting with patients and healthcare team
members. The RN will administer medications and monitor patient
responses. Documentation of patient care and reporting changes in
patient conditions are required. The position requires the ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should
demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet unit needs.
