Job Description:
*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to
join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced
environment.*Duties** Provide direct patient care in
medical/surgical settings* Monitor and assess patients' conditions,
including vital signs* Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed* Assist with procedures such as catheterization and
airway management* Collaborate with healthcare team members to
ensure comprehensive patient care* Educate patients and families on
health management and post-treatment care* Maintain accurate
medical records and documentation* Adhere to infection control
protocols*Requirements** Valid RN license and BLS certification*
Experience in medical/surgical, internal medicine, or clinic
settings preferred* Proficiency in dementia care, dialysis, health
coaching, and OR procedures is advantageous* Strong understanding
of infection control practices* Ability to work effectively in a
team environment* Excellent communication and interpersonal
