Job Description:

Job Title: Operating Room Open Heart NurseCross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Operating Room Open Heart Nurse to join their team in Iowa City, Iowa.Job DescriptionAs an Operating Room Open Heart Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients before, during, and after open-heart surgery. You will work primarily within the operating suite, preparing patients, handling and preparing operating instruments and equipment, monitoring patient status, and assisting with open-heart surgeries. You will also provide pre- and post-op education and moral support to patients and their families.Requirements

At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in CVOR
