Job Description:

*Job Title: Telemetry RN **Assignment Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension**Location: Iowa City, IA**Shift: 7pm-7:30am, 36 hours per week, include weekends and holidays**Hourly Pay Rat: $72/hour**Duties and Responsibilities:** Using electrocardiogram (EKG) machines to continuously track heart performance.* Analyzing EKG results to establish baselines and spot abnormalities.* Recording EKG results to keep patient information accurate.* Overseeing stress tests to assess patients' heart function.* Delivering emergency medical care when patients suffer heart attacks or other life-threatening problems.* Overseeing and coordinating the activities of telemetry technicians and other staff in their units.* Administering medications and other treatments ordered by physicians.* Educating patients on lifestyle changes and ongoing treatments prior to discharge from the hospital.* Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.*Experience:** At least 1 year experience in Telemetry.*Job Requirements:** Active IA RN License* Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS Certification* Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19*\*\*For any reference - We will pay $300 referral amount as a referral bonus.\*\**_*Should you be interested, let's discuss this briefly at your earliest convenience and please feel free to contact me at 703-652-6500, my name is Katie, I am available from Mon to Fri at 8a-5p EST.*_*Who We Are?**Since 2001 InfiCare has been providing contract and direct hire staffing services to its clients across the US.
