The ideal candidate will develop strategic plans to attract new customers, strengthen relationships, and increase revenue and profitability. This role focuses on their dedicated service offering.This is a Direct Hire role.Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the solution design team, relationship managers, and service owners to develop tailored client solutions.
• Lead and prepare contract negotiations for new business opportunities.
• Conduct follow-ups on lead generation through sales calls.
• Validate deals and maintain ongoing customer interactions.
• Ensure timely account management and effective use of CRM systems.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of six years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the transportation industry, especially with dedicated assets.
  • Proven prospecting skills with a focus on dedicated business.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
