Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director (Remote - NY).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and clinical expertise for independent
assessments and peer review processes
Engage with stakeholders and promote business development and
strategic planning
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee medical
content for publications
Required Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with a current non-restricted medical license
5-7 years of experience as a physician executive with
accomplishments in managed care strategies
Board certification in a clinical specialty
License must be in the same state as contractually required
Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and utilization
review
