The Global Talent Management team is tasked with deploying powerful, simple solutions, based on insights that attract, develop and enable the best, diverse teams to win. This role will support Global Talent Management in the design, development, and implementation of organizational talent management standard work, activities and initiatives. This role will have specific talent planning responsibilities supporting select Enterprise pipelines. Additionally, this role will lead PSP, Talent Planning Data analysis and Insights to support Talent Planning ProcessesKey Responsibilities

  • Build Sought after Leadership Pipeline (40%)
  • Pipeline Talent Leader Support key enterprise Pipelines as Talent Leader, coach and support Pipeline Owner on execution of Annual Pipeline Meeting and bi-monthly Growth room meetings. Identify talent strategies (actions, processes, programs, tools) to address the needs of the Talent Segment and partner with Corporate, Platform, OpCo and Regional HR teams to collaborate on what, where and how to prioritize, resource and deploy as solutions.
  • Talent Planning Standard Work Guided by Sr. Talent Leaders, develop and Update Talent Planning standard work and user-facing assets like cycle launch materials, training, user guides and communications
  • Talent Planning System Enhancements and Roadmap: Collaborate with Talent Planning leaders and TM System owners like Workday/One Model Process Owner on immediate to longer terms system enhancements to support Talent Planning process improvements and sustainment work.
  • Advance Careers and Enable Performance (30%)
  • Enterprise Chessboarding Partner with Danaher executive leadership teams for select functions to drive movement of talent and grow Careers through our Chessboarding, talent heatmap process.
  • Engage & Develop Talent Be a talent broker and career coach for defined talent segments, championing the interest and needs of the talent in all channels across Danaher.
  • Talent Champion Network Active Partner - Be an active member of the Danaher Talent Champion Network building capability across the community and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging best practices from OpCos to deploy across Danaher
  • Provide Actionable Org & Talent Intelligence through Insights & DBS Rigor (30%)
  • Understand needs and plan -- Understand the business needs and strategy of the functional areas you support to identify the key talent issues
  • Analytics & Insights Leverage data, OneModel dashboards, internal customer voice and other qualitative data, bring insights and share with Corporate, Platform and OpCo TL for Pipeline Process and other talent planning tools/Process.
  • Apply DBS Tools Build capability and use appropriate DBS tools (e.g. Problem Solving PSP, Voice of Customer VOC, Standard Work SW and Total Process Improvement TPI) to drive impact and continuous improvement
  • D&I Focus Be a D&I champion, ensuring a clear focus on representation, equity and inclusion in all talent work and interactions. Collaborate with D+I, TM and TA Leaders across Danaher to advance talent processes, programs, tools to drive progress. Participate and collaborate with ARGs to deliver on our D&I commitment.
  • Project Management (Ad hoc) - Support and enable other Corporate Human Resource and/or enterprise Talent Management projects as needed
  • External Insights/Benchmarking Establish strong external network to bring in market insights to enable better decision making and continuous improvement of Talent planning processes.
  • Qualifications
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Track record of identifying, understanding, and solving complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside direct team/department. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving methodologies, always considering the connections and opportunities within and outside of the direct portfolio of work.
  • Customer orientation - Enjoys exceeding expectations of customers; uses Voice of Customer to drive improvements in process and services; establishes and grows effective relationships with internal customers and gains their trust and respect through mutual unfiltered feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Project and Program management Ability to plan, identify, coordinate and track critical activities, milestones and deliverables leading cross-functional teams using strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ensure efficient planning, execution, branding and communications of talent planning initiatives leveraging change management methodology to drive global adoption.
  • Analytics Skills Guided by Sr. Talent Leaders and Danaher, Platform, Regional and OpCo strategies, wrestle with the complexity of competing challenges to translate needs into solutions that drive results with enterprise-wide impact through talent planning that accelerates growth and development.
  • Influence and Collaboration Listens well, adjust thinking and shares perspectives in a data-oriented and meaningful way to address the audiences interests and gain buy-in. Astute at the principles of change management and able to build productive relationships in a matrixed environment by understanding and representing the interests of a variety of stakeholders, guiding discussions, listening to concerns and goals, driving alignment and proposing a path forward.
  • Agility & Action Orientation Excels at working independently as well as remaining flexible within a dynamic team environment and varied global environment. Able to adjust and respond, where appropriate, to ensure enterprise programs and approaches support global and local needsEducation & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred
    • 5+ years professional Business, Marketing, DBS or Human Resources roles, in Talent Management or Talent Planning role preferred
    • 3-5 years Program/Project Management experience with supporting corporate-wide processes and programs
    • Demonstrated experience driving clear, effective processes and programs to achieve stated outcomes particularly in the talent management and development space
    • Excellent analytic skills and ability to utilize Excel or analytical tools like OneModel
    • Business discernment and success working with diverse organizations. Solid facilitation skills and authentic leadership.
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to influence others indirectly
    • Persuasive and clear communication and represent information in an engaging and appealing manner.
    • Comfortable working with digital tools like Miro, Teams or other virtual work platforms.Travel:30-40% (depending on location)This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home.
