About the Role Are you an experienced HVAC technician ready to take
your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior HVAC
Service Technician to join a growing, customer-focused team. You’ll
work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, including
hot water systems, DX systems, chillers, and more, across a diverse
territory. This role balances technical expertise with hands-on
service, and it’s ideal for someone who enjoys working
independently while supporting a growing team. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including hot water,
DX, chillers, cooling towers, fan systems, VFDs, and low voltage
controls Conduct equipment inspections, start-ups, commissioning,
and preventative maintenance Provide technical training and support
to clients and team members Identify opportunities for new services
and solutions Travel within the assigned territory (Dubuque to
Waterloo, Burlington, Grinnell, eastern Iowa, western Illinois,
Missouri to Minnesota) Maintain accurate service records using
company laptop and mobile systems What You Bring 5 years of HVAC
experience, preferably in industrial or commercial settings
Expertise in VRV/VRF systems, Daikin equipment, and refrigeration
service HVAC license and EPA certification Strong problem-solving
skills and excellent communication Valid driver’s license High
school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Physical capability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined or elevated
