Job Description Job Description Data Center Cleaning Foreman You’ll be hands-on, leading the team, keeping quality tight, coordinating with other trades, and jumping in when needed to keep things moving. Data Center Cleaning Foreman Details: Temporary position $25.00 to $27.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Lead and direct the daily work of the crew Step in and work alongside the team when needed Coordinate cleaning around other trades and shifting jobsite activity Monitor quality, dust control, and final-clean standards Walk the site regularly and correct issues quickly Serve as the on-site contact and communicate with supervisors, trades, and client reps Data Center Cleaning Foreman Qualifications: Data center or commercial job site experience required OSHA 30, CPR and Lift Training certifications required Must be able to travel to train Previous Foreman or Crew Lead experience is preferred Commercial construction cleanup or final cleaning background preferred Janitorial leadership experience preferred Strong scheduling and organizational skills Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
